Database of the Month: January 2017 -- BuildingGreen

January 2017

BuildingGreen includes a wide range of information regarding sustainable design and architecture, green building materials, and building science. Now anyone in the field of Environmental Studies, Sustainability Science, or Art, Architecture, and Design may access these reliable resources through the Kean University Library.

Among the sources that BuildingGreen offers are webcasts and articles that cover evidence-based design, green building policies and standards, design and construction processes, indoor air quality, water and energy efficiency, social responsibility, and much more.

The mission of BuildingGreen:

“is to bring about a healthier relationship between human society and the natural world by helping building professionals create and nurture high-performance, resilient, and inspiring buildings and communities.”

If you have questions about the BuildingGreen database or any of the Kean University Library's other research databases, please consult Ask a Librarian for assistance.
