EndNote Online

EndNote Online is a web-based tool that will help you manage your references (sources) and create bibliographies in various citation styles.

Once you have registered for your own free EndNote Online account, you can also download a free EndNote Click (formerly Kopernio) browser plug-in onto your personal computer or laptop.

According to Clarivate Analytics, "EndNote Click works on thousands of academic websites to help you get one-click access to full-text PDFs using your library subscription and open access alternatives, whether you are on or off campus. Once you have the PDF, you can easily export it to EndNote."

Simply login to your EndNote Online account on your personal computer or laptop, then:

  • Click the Downloads link toward the top of the screen.
  • Locate the EndNote click section, then click Find out more and try it for yourself.
  • Click Create your EndNote Click account.
  • Fill out and submit the form.

Once the EndNote Click browser plug-in downloads successfully onto your computer or laptop, you should now be able to use EndNote click to export article PDFs and references into your EndNote Online account.
