Visualization and Immersive Studio

VISER = Interactive + Immersive + Learning experience

It is a space for immersive experience and education. It offers innumerable opportunities for innovative and hybrid learning to the Kean Community. It is an incredible resource that allows faculty to take students beyond the traditional education system and into the realm of remarkable experiences. Since its inception in 2021, the studio has been a space for several conferences, multimedia productions, classes, and immersive events. 

To reserve this space:

•  for bookings.
• The booking grid will display the availability of the space for the current date (Green: available, Yellow: your booking, Red: unavailable).
• You can click on the 'Go-To Date' button to choose a specific date from the calendar.
• Click on a green tile to add a start time to your reservation. It will automatically default to a 2-hour booking, but you can adjust the time at the bottom of the page.
• Click  and read through the Terms and Conditions.
• Enter your contact and event information and click .
• The space is booked! You will receive a confirmation email with of reservation.
• You will be contacted by a team member if additional information is required or if you would like to schedule a prep meeting.

Class Reservations for the Entire Semester 
Please make reservation requests through the Registrar to schedule classes for an entire semester in VISER.
