Cataloging Services Request Form
Use this form for book repair, service, metadata enhancements, and call number updates.

Database and Periodical Request Form
Faculty members may recommend the purchase of a database or periodical (journal, magazine, or newspaper) by filling out the “Database and Periodical Request Form.”
Library Book Request Form
Faculty members may recommend the purchase of specific library books by filling out the “Library Book Request Form.”

The book ordering deadline is April 30th every academic year to ensure all invoices are processed before the end of the fiscal year and comply with the business closure dates set by the Chief Financial Officer. If you miss the deadline, do not worry - any book requests submitted after April 30th will be ordered after July 1st.
Library Book Request Form for Kean Ocean Faculty
Faculty who teach at Kean Ocean may recommend the purchase of specific library books for the library in Toms River. Please contact the University Librarian's office at 908-737-4600 for more information.

Kean University Learning Commons Interlibrary Loan Form
When the library does not own a book, periodical, or other item that you need, you may request that the item be sent from another lending library. You will be notified when books and other items (such as DVDs, CDs, or microfilm/fiche) are available for pick up at the Circulation Desk. Copies of articles and book chapters will be emailed to you.
