Attention: Please note that the policy for laptop loans has changed. As of May 17, 2024, we will be instituting a late fee of $25.00 per day that the laptop is overdue.
Short Term Loaner
Laptops are loaned to students, faculty, and staff for a maximum of 48 hours. Upon check out, a valid Kean ID and completion of the Laptop Loaner Agreement Form are required at the front desk.
Terms and Conditions:
Equipment is loaned for a maximum of 48 hours. The user will be charged
$25.00 per day for any overdue equipment.
Equipment must be returned at the specified time.
Equipment must be returned by the borrower.
The borrower is responsible for the equipment during the loan period.
Any damage that occurs during the loan period must be reported. If the laptop is damaged when returned, the borrower will be charged the appropriate fee (the University has the sole discretion in deciding whether the laptop is in acceptable condition).
