Library Support for Students

Use this form to submit your reference question to a librarian. We can provide brief answers to factual questions by email. We will attempt to e-mail the answer to your question within 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Sometimes a question takes longer to answer, and we may call you for more information or ask that you visit the library for in-depth assistance.

When the library does not own a book, periodical, or other item that you need, you may request that the item be sent from another lending library. You will be notified when books and other items (such as DVDs, CDs, or microfilm/fiche) are available for pick up at the Circulation Desk. Copies of articles and book chapters will be emailed to you. Kean-Ocean patrons may request that materials held at the main campus in Union be delivered to the Ocean County College Library. To request a book owned by the Kean University's Nancy Thompson Learning Commons, please use this form.
