Accessibility

Overview

ADA compliance refers to the Americans with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Design, which states that all electronic and information technology (like websites) must be accessible to people with disabilities.

ADA compliance applies to all digital/electronic content, therefore it is important to post all the documents, presentations, videos, and audio online that are in compliance with ADA. This webpage will provide essential information to help you be compliant with ADA

Nancy Thompson Learning Commons (NTLC) provides a variety of workshops to support faculty in learning the tools available to make the content accessible.

The Kean University Office of Accessibility Services(OAS) is committed to ensuring equal access by fostering an accessible learning environment and is empowered to provide accommodations and services to support registered students with documented disabilities.
